This website is operated by KrazyScents LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “KrazyScents,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KrazyScents LLC.
By visiting our website, creating an account, subscribing to communications, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or purchase our products.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. PRODUCTS AND FRAGRANCE DECANTS
KrazyScents sells independently prepared fragrance decants and, when specifically identified, other fragrance products.
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, our 5 mL and 10 mL products are decanted by KrazyScents from authentic fragrance bottles into independent travel atomizers. They are not sold in the original manufacturer’s bottle, box, or retail packaging.
Minor variations in atomizer design, labeling, liquid color, or fill appearance may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a difference in the amount or authenticity of the fragrance.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, fragrance notes, photographs, prices, and sizes accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, and your device’s display.
Fragrance performance, longevity, projection, and scent perception vary by person, skin chemistry, environment, and application. Product descriptions and fragrance notes are provided for general reference and are not guarantees of individual performance.
3. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS AND TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER
KrazyScents LLC is an independent fragrance decant retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any fragrance designer, manufacturer, or trademark owner unless expressly stated.
All fragrance names, brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the original fragrance being decanted and resold.
4. ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:
• Product or inventory unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Carrier or destination restrictions
• Violations of these Terms of Service
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased by one person, household, account, payment method, or shipping address.
5. PRICING, TAXES, AND DISCOUNTS
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts will be calculated or displayed at checkout.
Promotional codes may have eligibility restrictions, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, and usage limits. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, promotional, or listing errors.
6. BILLING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process the transaction.
Payment processing may be handled by Shopify or other third-party payment providers and may be subject to their additional terms.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or a shipping label has been created.
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, transportation restrictions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Because most fragrances contain alcohol and are considered flammable materials for transportation purposes, certain carriers, services, or destinations may be unavailable. We reserve the right to change the shipping service or cancel and refund an order when shipment cannot legally or safely be completed.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER ISSUES
Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged items, leaking products, and incorrect orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Because fragrance decants are personal-use products prepared for individual orders, all sales are final except for approved damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect-item claims and any rights required by applicable law.
9. SAFE PRODUCT USE
Fragrance products are for external use only.
Keep products away from eyes, flames, heat sources, children, and pets. Do not ingest fragrance products. Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should review fragrance information carefully and consider testing a small amount before broader use.
KrazyScents does not provide medical advice, and product information should not be treated as medical guidance.
10. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity conducted through your account.
If you subscribe to marketing communications, you consent to receive promotional emails from KrazyScents. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails. Transactional communications relating to orders, accounts, payments, or shipping may still be sent when necessary.
11. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this website to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
• Harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to an account or system
We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited activity.
12. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The KrazyScents name, original branding, website design, product photography, written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to KrazyScents LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our original content without prior written permission.
This section does not claim ownership of third-party fragrance names or trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain third-party services, payment tools, applications, or links. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or actions of independent third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties, protections, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KrazyScents LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights provided under applicable consumer-protection law.
16. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive where applicable.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to them.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
